Hi - Tacoloft here - my handle is the same on PSN and xbox live. I am married – we just had our first baby boy who is 12 days old. :D I have been a fan of Snowblind ever since I played Baldurs Gate on xbox. Champions of Norrath made me buy a PS2 just so I could play that and RTA. I loved Justice League Heroes and have the game for xbox and PSP. I did not like that I could not play any character I wanted after finishing the game. (it seemed short) I was relegated to basically picking and choosing the same way as I went through the first time. Please take note and allow users to play characters immediately after finishing the game. I did like the way abilities were slotted and powered up. I am really hankering for another Snowblind-esque game to take me into that alternate reality where time flies by and before I know it is 5am and I have to be to work in 3 hours.
I really dig some of the features I am seeing in Sacred 2. The carrier Imp was a great addition for more storage but what I would have liked to see was a shopkeeper I could summon instead of teleporting to one.
Perhaps by the time my son is old enough to play co-op with dad we will have a new game perchance? -sorry had to say it – you guys are taking forever… I await patiently.

lol... it certainly feels like that sometimes.

And congratulations on the new arrival! I know you must be exhausted, but on cloud nine as well.

Thanks Judzilla - yes 3 hours of sleep last night and a full days work "makes Jack a Dull Boy." Walking zombie is more like it. Yeah our little guy is our first after 6 years of trying, 2 miscarriages, and going through all of the adoption classes to be "that close" to adopting THEN we got pregnant and this one stayed. Funny how life is. We love our little man and feel really blessed.

crazy shit, taco.
congrats on the present though. which is what really matters.

whats' strange is that i know of so many more stories like this than just simply "we wanted a baby, so we got pregnant"

Hi Mike and thanks for the info :) Looking forward for your next game.

My name is RhallosZek, yep the RallosZek was already taken :P Anyways, I'm from Finland. And the first time I played your games was back in 2002, when me and my brother just bought BG:DA.

We hadn't read anything about it and boy we were blown away. We played co-op like crazy. I remember when we had to go somewhere and we were just destroying the Orb of the Undead. We left game on for about 2 hours, cause we didn't want to star over :P

And our friends came by and were amazed at how good the game looked and played :) Champions was the second game from you that me, my brother and friends played with 4 people and it was a treat, oh man the memories...

Thanks for giving us those great games. And I am repeating myself but can't wait the next game! Keep up the good work :)

PS: I have a pet dog :P And probaply the most beatiful and understanding girlfriend :) I'm in love <3

Hi, Me and my sister heard about Snow Blind Studios all because of dark alliance...we LOVED every aspect of the "coop same screen D&D fantasy" game. and it only got better with Champions of Norrath, and Return to Arms, we eagerly anticipate another god-send like those games.

Hello Mike,

Favorite Snowblind games:

Champions
Baldurs Gate

Justice League was ok but as you can tell a lot of people here love the RPG games.
Hopefully a sequel can be done for one or both of the above.

Hello! My name is Mike Lescault and I am the new Community Manager for Snowblind studios. I’d like to take a few seconds to introduce myself and give you all a short update on what’s going on out here in SB HQ.

The team is currently hard at work on our next title which has yet-to-be announced. As we prepare for that announcement, you’ll notice a few other things going on through the end of the year and beyond:

- We will begin doing minor news and info updates to the Snowblind website and forums. These won’t be anything too elaborate, especially since we’re not yet able to talk about our current project, but it will be something to let you all know that we’re all still here and hard at work.

- We are currently in the process of designing and developing a new Snowblind Studios website. This isn’t expected to go live until much later this year, but we’re really excited about improving the look and feel, as well as the functionality of the site.

- Our current plan is to eventually develop new forums. This won’t happen overnight, and we’ll provide plenty of warning before it happens, but right now we’re still evaluating possible forum software packages versus having our own developed.

- When our new project is announced, we’ll be launching a community website dedicated to the game. This will contain lots of news and information about the title as well as forums and other ways for community members to get together and discuss the game.

- We also are going to explore the development of some kind of MVP or Community Volunteer program where active and enthusiastic members of the Snowblind community can get more involved in helping us improve the overall community experience.

That’s all info I have for you today. Please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions and I’d love to hear them! Of course, please also understand that there’s a lot of stuff we’re not yet able to talk about. At least, not yet!

I’d like to leave you all with one final request. Since this is *your* community, I’d love to see people post a reply to this thread introducing themselves. Some general information would be great, such as where you are from, what SB games you enjoy, what games you are playing now, how many pets you have, etc! Thanks so much for taking the time to read this and stay tuned for more information in the weeks and months to come!

-Mike
